CHANDLER, AZ (July 24, 2014) – Family, honor, faith and positive role models are the most powerful tools Americans have to reclaim their great country from the throes of social and economic chaos, according to the two distinguished presenters of “Return to Family: Getting Your Family Fired Up About Honor, Role Models and the Faith.” The program is free and open to the public. It will be held on Saturday from 12:30 – 3 p.m., Aug. 23, 2014, in the Rochester area at The Church of the Holy Spirit. The address is 1355 Hatch Rd. Webster, NY 14580.

Horvat will present “Honor Thy Father and Thy Mother: The Key to Bringing America Back to Order,” which focuses on what it means to honor parents, why the family needs to be fired up with the idea of honor and how a sense of honor can revitalize society.
“The highest definition of honor, then, is the esteem given to standards of excellence we see in people, especially when their qualities or offices reflect God,” Horvat said. Horvat will present his thoughts from a Catholic viewpoint. The Rochester area has more than 100 Catholic churches and more than 22 percent of the population is Catholic, according to Diocese statistics.
Horvat’s Return to Order was #1 on Amazon/Kindle in four countries in Dec., has sold 25,000 copies to date, and has received dozens of endorsements. He is a scholar, researcher, educator, international speaker and contributor to The Wall Street Journal, FOX News, The Christian Post, The Washington Times, ABC News, C-SPAN, TheBlaze.com and other media outlets.
Following Horvat, Fulkerson, who is a contributing editor of Crusade Magazine, presents “How Role Models Can Inspire the Family: The case of Col. John Ripley USMC,” which demonstrates how role models can change family dynamics, invigorate parents and inspire the hearts of teenagers. An American Knight, a Military Writers of America 2010 Gold Medal Winner (Biography), draws on Ripley’s achievements to inspire a hero-starved society to become true Christian Americans.
The books will be available for purchase and signing. Return to Order, which normally retails for $21.95, will be available for $20. An American Knight, which retails for $14.95, will be sold for $12. Attendees can purchase both for only $25. Please RSVP to Vincent Gorre at: (585) 509-0930 or [email protected]
